Covid-19 Policy

The health and well-being of all our stakeholders, be they guests, property owners, service providers, employees and local communities is our top priority at all times. Accordingly, we will comply with Statuary Instrument 2020 No 350 and we will not be taking bookings for new holidays with a start date before 4th July 2020. To continue to help ensure everybody’s safety we have put in place the following policy to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.


Under the Health Provisions (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020 (Statutory Instrument 2020 No. 350) enacted by the Government on 26th March 2020 we are currently unable to provide holiday accommodation.  As of Sunday 19.00 hrs 10th May 2020 this still remains in force.

We really want to support our owners and guests as best as we can to enable you to move your holiday to later this year or the next year 2021 where it is not possible within 2020.

These policy items are intended for your advice and should be read alongside our standard Terms and Conditions;

  • We are not taking any holiday bookings with a start date before 4th July 2020. You can currently book for dates later than this should you wish to do so.
  • We are under significant pressure due to the volume of communications we are receiving, so in order to be as efficient as possible we would ask that rather than phoning you email us on [email protected]

These policies may be subject to change subject to any variation in government policy and advice.

Future Bookings.

Although our holiday homes are closed for now we are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to Cornwall later .

Our booking policy during Covid-19 ‘Emergency Period’.

We are keen to encourage people to come to Cornwall when it is safe to do so, accordingly we are amending our booking conditions so that any booking made during the Covid-19 ‘Emergency Period’ can be moved or cancelled.

Your options;

In the circumstances above you will have three options, whether you have already booked, or want to book now,

  • Move your booking: You can move your booking to the equivalent week for next year, 2021 at the same price as this year 2020 (subject to availability)If you move your stay we will waive the usual admin fees.
  • Take a credit note: If you know you want to move your booking but you are not sure of dates we can give you a credit note for later. This will be valid, as above, up to the end of 2021, and there will be no admin fee charged.
  • Cancel your booking: If you really have to cancel, that’s fine and we will refund all payments except i) the booking fee if you have paid one, and ii) our standard £50 admin fee.

So if you want to make a booking for later in the year you can do so with peace of mind. We hope this will give you the confidence to plan ahead, or to keep your existing booking in place, knowing that you have a great holiday planned with excellent flexibility.

Once we are out of Covid-19 ‘Emergency Period’ ( as defined by Statuary Instrument 2020 No. 350 our usual ‘Cancellation terms’ will be valid. We will of course publish this on our website.

We are able to maintain customer service with reduced staffing working from home from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Sorry we are not open on Saturdays at the moment.
