ACCESS: There is a large grassed area outside Atlantic Terrace for parking and then a grassed/paved path that leads to the front door and in to the conservatory.
GROUND FLOOR: From here it is 1 step up in to the ground floor where there is an entrance hall, lounge/dining room, kitchen with larder, downstairs twin room, there is one step up to the wet room with washbasin and power shower and WC.
FIRST FLOOR: 15 steps take you up to the first floor with a twin room, cabin room with single bed and basin, bathroom with bath & WC and king size double bedroom.
SECOND FLOOR: 12 steps then take you up a fairly narrow stair case to the second floor and a twin bedroom with en-suite WC and basin with another amazing view.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: 1 step over down to the private garden at rear of property & communal garden at the front.
The nearest payphone is outside the surf shop or post office/store in Trevone. The nearest bus stop is at the top of Trevone in Windmill.

The property has central heating throughout which can be controlled by the thermostats on the radiators.
There is also a wood burner in the living room. (Please bring your own logs for the fire)
