Situated within a short walk to Padstow harbour and it’s quaint shops and with allocated parking, this beautifully furnished home provides a perfect base whereby you can come and go as you please and fully explore to your hearts content the delights and wonders of Cornwall. Take a ferry over to the charming town of Rock, purchase an ice cream from a choice of eateries in Padstow, or venture further a field to surf at one of the 7 Bay’s. Whatever your fancy, 18 Raleigh Close puts both town and country at a very easy reach.Accessibility
ACCESS: From Raleigh Close, there is a small driveway that leads you up to the door of number 18. The driveway is on a small slope and there is one step up to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step take you over the threshold into the entrance hall, once inside the ground floor is all on one level with a cloakroom directly on the right with WC and washbasin and front room off to the next right. There is an open plan lounge/dining room. Once through the lounge/dining area, turn left through another door and you reach the kitchen area. Take another left and there is the utility room and then 2 steps down into the garage area. From the dining room there are rear patio doors that take you out onto the enclosed garden area, there is a sitting and a charcoal barbecue. There is also another door via the kitchen which takes you out to the garden.
FIRST FLOOR: From the hallway 13 steps take you up to the first floor where directly right there are 2 double bedrooms. Turn right and you will access 1 twin bedroom, another double bedroom and a family sized bathroom directly ahead which has an overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: 1 small step takes you out into the enclosed patio/lawn area which offers a table and chairs.
