ACCESS: The main access is via the front door and from the drive there are 3 steps on the pathway to the property and a further 3 steps up to and through the front door into the hallway. As this property is a bungalow, all rooms are on the ground floor and these comprise of a kitchen/dining area, lounge, utility room, shower room with shower, washbasin and WC, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath, overhead shower and washbasin and a separate WC and washbasin. From the lounge there is one step onto the outside balcony/terrace.
OUTSIDE: There is 1 step over the lounge doors and 6 steps down to the back garden. Outside the property there is a driveway with parking. The rear of the property is accessed around the side of the house which is all on one level although it is slightly sloped and one very small step.
