Outside the property there is a driveway with parking. The main access is via the front door and from the drive there are 3 steps on the pathway to the property and a further 3 steps up to and through the front door into the hallway. As this property is a bungalow, all rooms are on the ground floor and these comprise of a kitchen, lounge/dining room, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath, overhead shower and washbasin and a separate WC and washbasin. From the lounge there is one step onto the outside balcony/terrace and then 6 steps down to the back garden.
The rear of the property is accessed around the side of the house which is all on one level although it is slightly sloped. There is also access to the side of the house through the kitchen door which has 3 steps.
The nearest payphone is on Trelawney Road in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.
