Inside
Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. Lounge with 42″ Smart TV, electric fire and seating. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge (2/3) and freezer (1/3), small dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with table and seating. And French doors leading to the balcony with an outdoor dining set. One double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6") bed with separate dressing room and en-suite with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Twin (3ft) beds.
Outside
There is an enclosed, private decking area with seating. There are communal gardens around the park, including laundry facilities plus a communal sensory garden, children’s play park and a dog agility/exercise area within the park grounds.
Parking
There is parking for two cars by the side of the lodge and a PodPoint electric vehicle charger.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (bedding is synthetic.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

There is central heating throughout and an electric fire in the open plan lounge.
