Ground FloorKitchen with adjacent conservatory dining room with an electric oven and gas hob and a large fridge/freezer ( 2/3 fridge, 1/3 freezer), a front sitting area with views across the estuary, a 1 master king-sized double bedroom with estuary views and en-suite shower, washbasin and WC, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with extra-large zip and link beds which is made up as a double (can be made up as a twin on request) and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5” bed) with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.(6” ziplock bed), this can be made into a twin room on request.
Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (5″bed).
Lounge area with Juliet balcony with panoramic views across the estuary, a SMART TV and a family bathroom with free standing bath, washbasin and WC.
