ACCESS: From Ruthy’s Lane there is 1 step down to the side path and 1 step up inside the front door into the hall.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room and 1 small step up into the kitchen (with utility area) and a shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps take you up to the first floor and 2 double bedrooms (both with 4ft 6” beds) and a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, basin and heated towel rail. A further 13 steps take you up to the top floor and a double bunk bedroom (with all beds being 2ft 6”).
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the utility area there is a door leading out down 1 step into the garden.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout and there is a thermostat at the bottom of the stairs.
