ACCESS: From the large graveled driveway there are 2 steps up inside the main front door.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside there is a hallway leading to a downstairs WC with basin. Also off this hallway is a door leading in to the snug room which continues through to the open plan kitchen/living/dining room and utility room.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps take you up to the first floor. On this floor is 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with a bath/shower above, WC, basin & heated towel and 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both with ensuite shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: 1 further small step takes you up onto the patio area and at the end of the garden another 3 steps takes you up onto a raised patio area with views across countryside. Back inside and from the snug room is a door leading to the stairs (these can also be accessed via an alternative front door on the driveway). There is also a doorway from the hallway leading directly into the kitchen via 1 small step plus a side door leading out down 1 step onto the side path. From the living area there are patio doors leading out down 1 step over the door frame onto the decking.
HEATING: The property has night storage heaters throughout. There are also electric fires in the twin bedroom the living room and the snug room.
There is a wood burner in the living room. (Please bring your own logs for the fire).
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is provided but can be hired.
