If you’re looking for somewhere to experience chic coastal living, this stylishly fitted and furnished apartment hits the spot. A short walk away from the harbour, hop in a classic speedboat to see the town from the water, spoil yourself with a Michelin-star lunch then head back to your pad for a glass of Prosecco as the sun sets. Or if you fancy a break from all that finery, Steins does a lip-smacking fish and chips – pick them up from the quayside and walk home with your chips still warm.
Inside
An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD player in the lounge, an electric oven and hob, standard size fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath with a separate shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4”6 bed) with an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3” beds).

Allocated parking for 1 car.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

ACCESS: From the car park, there are 12 steps up to the main door which leads you into the entrance of the apartments, from the hallway there are either 16 steps up to the apartment or you can use the lift.
INSIDE: Once inside the apartment is all on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge, there is a small step over the threshold to the balcony.
