In the heart of Padstow’s old town, you have everything you need out of a harbour holiday at your finger tips. With Padstow’s many tasting room’s and eateries just around the corner, you are spoilt for choice.

Ground Floor
Open plan living/dining room with 51″ SMART TV and log-burner (please bring your own logs/coal).
Kitchen with induction hob and electric oven, full size American style fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  Utility room with washing machine and a shower room with large overhead shower, washbasin and WC.

First Floor
Two double bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC and a shower room with WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1:  Kingsize bed (5ft) with 32″  TV
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4ft6) with 32″ TV.

Second Floor
Bedroom 3: Twin bed (3ft) with built in cupboards and 32″ TV.
Bedroom 4: Twin bed (3ft) with 32″ TV.

Outside
There is a patio area with table and chairs, going up to a lawn and again further up to a decked area with table and chairs and a bench.

Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.

Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time:   From 15:00pm
Departure Time:    By 10:00am

The property has gas central heating and a wood-burner in the lounge.

Accessibility

ACCESS: From Church Lane, there is one step over the threshold into the porchway.

INSIDE: From the porch there is a further one step up to the open plan living/dining area,  then through to the kitchen, utility room and shower room,  all on one level.  From the living/dining area there are 11 steps up to the first floor, here there are two double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower room, this is all on one level.  From the first floor landing there are 10 steps up to the second floor where you will find a twin bedroom.  Another 10 steps up from the first floor takes you to the other twin bedroom on the second floor.  Some areas in this room have low ceilings.

OUTSIDE:  From the living room you take one step over to the garden.  Here there is a level patio area, two steps up to a raised patio area, seven steps up to the lawn and then six steps up to the decking area at the back of the garden.  You can also gain access to the garden via the utility room where there is one step over to the patio area.
