ACCESS: From Church Lane, there is one step over the threshold into the porchway.
INSIDE: From the porch there is a further one step up to the open plan living/dining area, then through to the kitchen, utility room and shower room, all on one level. From the living/dining area there are 11 steps up to the first floor, here there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a family bathroom, this is all on one level. From the first floor landing there are 10 steps up to the second floor where you will find a twin bedroom. Some areas in this room have low ceilings.
OUTSIDE: From the living room you take one step over to the garden. Here there is a level patio area, two steps up to a raised patio area, seven steps up to the lawn and then six steps up to the decking area at the back of the garden. You can also gain access to the garden via the utility room where there is one step over to the patio area.
