ACCESS: Access is gained from the driveway outside the property with ample parking.
GROUND FLOOR: From the porch there is one step in to the property which is all on one level. A lounge, kitchen and a laundry room. There is also a WC with basin & heated towel rail, 3 double bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite bathroom (with shower above bath, basin & WC) and a main bathroom with bath and shower attachment, basin & WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: There is a dining room with patio doors leading one step down into the enclosed garden/patio area with seating. You can also gain outside access from the laundry room with a door leading one step down to the side of the property. There is also an outside shower to the side of the property with hot and cold water.
The nearest payphone is outside the surf shop or post office/store in Trevone. The nearest bus stop is at the top of Trevone in Windmill.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout, which can be controlled by a thermostat in the living room or turned up and down by the radiators. The boiler is located in the utility room.
