ACCESS: From the outside, there are 4 steps up to front door and then 1 step over the doorway into the house.
INSIDE: Once inside there are a further 5 steps into the kitchen/diner/ lounge. From the lounge/dining area there are 5 steps down to the bunk bedroom and separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC and from the double bedroom there are 5 steps down to the bathroom with bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC
OUTSIDE: From the lounge area you step out onto a terrace with sloping grassed area and views over the estuary and from the outside front of the house there are 5 steps up to terrace/patio area and 1 step down onto the grass.
