Its open kitchen and living space makes coming back from day trips a delight. Refurbished in 2020 the ground floor now has Karndean American oak flooring while the kitchen features integrated Bosch and Neff appliances. The living dining area has quality furniture throughout, and if it’s a day doing very little you’re after, Bobbins is fully equipped with SMART TV, DVD player and broadband. ACCESS: As you approach the property there are 5 steps up to the patio with a handrail on one side.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step up to the front door and 1 step up into the house. On the ground floor is a living/dining room and a kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the double bedroom (4ft 6” bed), 1 twin bedroom (3ft beds)and bathroom. Outside on the front patio is a table and seating for 4 and the back patio has table and seating for 4.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen there is a back door with 1 step down onto a small patio area with 5 steps up through a rockery to the garden gate with a path that leads onto Sarahs Lane, this has hand rails on both sides.
