There is a gravelled drive outside Crenella Barn with parking for 2 cars just next to the property. There are then 2 steps down on to a concrete/gravelled garden area with 1 step up onto a patio with picnic table.
One step up through stable doors takes you into the ground floor and an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. The floor raises slightly from the kitchen through to the dining area and from here there are french doors leading down one tiny step onto the patio area.
13 steps up a wooden stair case (which curves to the right) take you up to the first floor where there is 1 double bedroom (4ft 6″) with en-suite shower room and wc and 1 x bedroom with a single beds (3ft) with truckle underneath which can be made into a double bed plus a separate shower room with wc.
The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.
