Kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a standard size fridge and a small standalone freezer. A sitting room with 24″ Smart TV and DVD player and a dining room and a spiral staircase to the first floor.
First Floor
1 double bedroom (single beds pushed together) with an en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin, 1 single room with truckle bed underneath and a bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (6ft bed – 2 x 3ft singles pushed together)
Bedroom 2: A single bed (3ft bed with truckle)
Outside
Patio and lawned garden with table and chairs on the patio.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

The property has night storage heaters and an electric fire in the lounge.

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained straight from Church Street and up 3 small steps into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a dining room, sitting room and 2 steps down into the kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 10 steps up a narrow, spiral, wooden staircase takes you up to the first floor and the main double bedroom (with 2x 3ft single beds pushed together and single duvets) with an en-suite shower room with W.C. and basin, a twin room with single beds (1 x 3ft with a second 3ft truckle bed)- only one bed made up, plus a bathroom with bath, basin and W.C.
OUTSIDE: From the sitting room there is a door that leads out down 1 step onto a slate patio area. 6 steps down from here take you to another patio area with table and chairs and a lawn (there is one step down from the patio onto a path that runs down the side of the lawn).
