As you arrive at the property there is a driveway with parking for 2 car. You then go through a gate to a patio area and 2 steps up to the front door and into the property.
Once inside there is a lounge/dining room, a kitchen, 1 small step over to 1 x double bedroom with 4ft 6” double bed with ensuite shower room, wc & basin, 1 small step over to the bunk bedroom (3ft size beds) and 1 small step over to the master bedroom with 5 ft bed and ensuite shower, wc & basin. There is also 1 small step up into the kitchen and 1 small step over to the bathroom with bath, wc and basin.
There are also 2 steps from the double bedroom through the patio doors and onto the front patio area and 2 steps from the lounge/dining area onto the patio area.
There is a also a cellar from the hallway with 13 steps down (for storage use)
Outside is a small enclosed sloping garden with 4 steps to the patio area with garden furniture seating 6.
The nearest payphone is on Trelawney Road in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark.
