Stretched across two floors, the property boasts three airy and spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and cheerful lounge spaces for easy-going evenings. Named after well-known Padstow character (and flat owner) John the Grocer, this central holiday spot is also well placed for indulging in some of Padstow’s great restaurants.Accessibility
ACCESS: From Lanadwell Street, there is a door which leads you into the entrance of the 2 properties, from the entrance there are 15 stairs to the top.
FIRST FLOOR:Once inside the house, the double bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom are all on one level.
SECOND FLOOR: 13 stairs will then take you up to the 1st floor where there are 2 single bedrooms.
HEATING: Via night storage heaters
BABIES EQUIPMENT: Cots, highchairs and any other equipment can be hired.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is by the front door.

Lounge with TV and DVD player with the kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge and counter top freezer and dining area just off the lounge, bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC and the master double bedroom as well as a separate WC with washbasin.

Linen and Towels are included (all pillows and duvets are synthetic).

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Cots, highchairs and any additional equipment can be hired from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
