ACCESS: Access is gained from the road there is a gravel drive which leads down to Hope House with a parking area outside the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: There is 1 step up to the front door then 1 step over the door frame into the living/kitchen/dining area which is all open plan. 2 doors either side of this living area lead out to 2 double bedrooms with 5’ beds, 1 with en suite bathroom with bath and 1 with en suite shower room with shower and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: There are doors from both the living area and 1 of the bedrooms that lead out to the garden with 1 step over the door frames then 1 step down on to a long covered terrace with outside dining for 8. From this terrace there is 1 step down on to a gravel path and from here 1 small step up onto the lawn areas. The garden can also be accessed via a gravel area at the side of the house
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout, with thermostats in each room. Heating can also be controlled by the radiators by turning up or down. There is also a wood burner in the living room. (Please bring your own logs for the fire)
BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is supplied but can be hired.
