More of a surfer or a sunbather? Either way this welcoming, bright apartment close to Mawgan Porth beach and village is just the ticket.
Learn to surf or hire a kayak and explore hidden beaches and coves from the water. Venture further afield on a day trip to Padstow or Newquay. Head home for a beer around the pool table or pick up locally baked treats in the village for afternoon tea in the garden. Then it’s back out on the balcony for sunset, as the fields turn to gold and the sea turns to copper. Heaven.
ACCESS: From the parking area at the front of the apartment there is a pathway leading up to the back of the house, this consists of 4 steps up to the path, a walk up the sloping path and then 2 large steps as you go through the gate to the house.
There is then a small step over the door into the property
INSIDE: Once inside it is all on one level.
OUTSIDE: To get to the balcony at the front of the apartment there are patio doors in both the double and twin bedrooms with a small step over onto this.
Outside the house there is a 2 tiered garden with 4 steps up to the first level and an additional 5 steps up to the 2nd level of the garden – the garden for Little Avalon is to the left as you go up the steps.
The garage door is 7ft wide x 6.5 ft tall and has a pool table inside.

An open plan lounge/kitchen area, with a 32″ TV, SKY TV and DVD player in the lounge and an electric oven and hob and standard size fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms and a family shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with patio door to the balcony.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds) with patio door to the balcony.

Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
Please note that Little Avalon shares access to the broadband signal and does not have direct access to the router as it is kept in the main house.
