From the main entrance, a gate leads down a path towards the main front door.
There is then one step up to the front door and 1 step over the doorway into the house. Once inside it is all on one level with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. From the lounge area, there is a patio door leading to the decked patio with 1 step over and then 1 step down from the door. To reach the lower garden/patio area there are an additional 6 steps down.
You are also able to walk from the main door around to the patio area, from the front door there are 2 steps down to the pathway which leads to the lower garden area.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is by the front door.

Please note: There is currently building work taking place behind Little Grenville which will continue until 31st August 2018. There will be people on site to minimise the noise and disruption as much as possible but as a gesture of goodwill, we will be offering everyone who books a 10% reduction on the holiday cost.
