Lobster House is a beautiful cottage situated on New Street, just a short stroll from the Harbour.
The accommodation is arranged on three floors and has some gorgeous features including a lovely kitchen/diner with slate floor, a cosy sitting room with an exposed Cornish stone wall and a light filled attic bedroom with original beams and lovely distant views out to the estuary from the first and second floors.
The decor is tasteful and contemporary with great attention to detail and the house still retains a lovely, cosy cottage feel which is perfect for every season yet incorporates modern features including wireless internet and a CD player with IPod/MP3 connector.
There is also a small communal courtyard at the rear with table and 2 chairs.
ACCESS: Lobster house is accessed from a public road, up 1 step on to the pavement, down a short alleyway to the front door and then 1 step in to the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR: On this floor is an open plan kitchen/diner with slate floor.
FIRST FLOOR: 11 steps up a slate stair case take you to the 1st floor where there is a twin bedroom, bath with shower above, WC & basin and lounge with open fire.
SECOND FLOOR: 10 steps then take you up to the second floor attic room with a double bed.
OUTSIDE: If you continue down the alleyway, past the front door to the back of the house, there is a small seating area with a table and 2 chairs.
HEATING: The property has central heating and the thermostat is on the landing and the living room has an open fire.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.

The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council car park.
