Lobster House is a beautiful cottage situated on New Street, just a short stroll from the Harbour.
The accommodation is arranged on three floors and has some gorgeous features including a lovely kitchen/diner with slate floor, a cosy sitting room with an exposed Cornish stone wall and a light filled attic bedroom with original beams and lovely distant views out to the estuary from the first and second floors.

The decor is tasteful and contemporary with great attention to detail and the house still retains a lovely, cosy cottage feel which is perfect for every season yet incorporates modern features including wireless internet and a CD player with IPod/MP3 connector.

There is also a small communal courtyard at the rear with table and 2 chairs.

Bedroom 1: A twin bedroom (3ft beds)

Second floor attic room

1 double bedroom.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (5ft bed)

Small communal courtyard area with a small table and 2 chairs.

Parking

The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here

Linen and Towels

This property provides linen & towels.
Linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
All pillows and duvets are a mixture of feathers and synthetic.

Arrival and departure

Arrival time is from 3pm
Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a key safe and details will be sent to you before your arrival

Babies & Children

You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.

WIFI & Broadband is available.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.  Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
