ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area, there are 15 steps down to the front door and then 1 step over the threshold into the house.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor with its lounge/kitchen/dining area is all on one level with one step out onto the patio/decked area.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 stairs take you to the first floor with its double bedroom, twin bedroom with 1 single bed and a cabin bed (a side guard can be provided) and a family bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Back downstairs, from the lounge area there is 1 step to the patio/decked area and then an additional 7 steps down to the lower patio area.
