An ideal base for explorers, this property is modern, comfortable and well-appointed, close to town without the headache of being bang in the centre. Just moments from your door the Camel Trail with its estuary views awaits every morning, a beautiful setting to ponder just how to shape your day. With your own parking spot you can come and go as you please, or just stay in together and enjoy dinner outdoors before sinking into comfy sofas and settling in for the night.
ACCESS: From the car park area there are 6 steps and then a further 5 steps down and along a path to the front door. You are also able to briefly park on the main road outside the house to unload and there is then a path up to the front door. At the front door there are 3 steps up and one step over the front door into the entrance hallway.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living room and also a small luggage/coats and boots storage room which are all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you upstairs to 1 double bedroom (4ft 6” beds) a twin bedroom (3ft beds) and a bathroom with bath and shower above, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: At the side of the house there is a patio area with seating, a small path and then 2 steps will take you up to this.
