Approaching from Fentonluna gardens there is access to the double garage with parking for up to 2 cars, the approximate dimensions for the garage doors are: 78” high x 102” wide. You must always use the garage for parking as the spaces outside are allocated.
Once parked, there is both an entrance gate from the front and a side door from the garage, both with one step up to the bottom of the entrance steps. 17 steps up will take you to the paved patio area and an additional 1 steps to the covered porch.
1 step over the threshold take you into entrance hall and once inside the ground floor is all on one level with a lounge, kitchen, dining room, utility room with rear entrance door (one step over threshold onto back patio area) and a cloakroom with washbasin and WC. From the hallway there 13 steps up to the first floor landing which, with the exception of the study is again, all on one level and has a master kingsize double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC and also a study area which has 3 steps up from the bedroom, 1 kingsize double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
Back outside, the patio area stretched around the whole house with one step down on the right hand side and is made of paving slabs so may be uneven. Outside of both the living room and dining room French doors, there is a small patio area with 1 step down to the main patio area. There is also a rear entrance (which is permanently locked) to the property onto Fentonluna lane which is up 8 steps from the rear patio area.
