From the road up two step into the lobby area. Down one small step over main door threshold. Turn right and up two step, then up 29 steps to the apartment door.
Door threshold into the property, then the apartment is all on one level with a door threshold to open living area, bedrooms and bathroom.
Access to the outside roof top area is from the double bedroom, down one small step from the door.

A top floor apartment (all four windows on the top floor of the building) with an open plan lounge/dining area with ‘SMART’ TV and a remote controlled fire, kitchen with an electric oven and hob and a standard size fridge and separate freezer, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
