Its open kitchen, living space and downstairs bathroom make coming back from day trips a delight. Ground Floor
Open plan lounge/kitchen diner. Lounge with 40″ Smart TV and DVD player. Kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Tassimo coffee machine. Separate WC with washbasin.
First Floor
1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and family shower room with separate shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (5ft)
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3ft)
Outside
Small courtyard style garden with table and chairs.
Parking
There is an allocated parking space for one car and 2 further communal visitor parking spaces.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms).
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 16:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am
Babies & Children
There is a travel cot, high chair and a retractable stairgate at the bottom of the stairs for guest use. Please bring your own linen for the cot.

Accessibility
ACCESS: From Ruthy’s Lane, there are 2 steps up and over the doorway into a small hall. Leading off the hall is a double bedroom to the right and then up one step to the left is the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC. Continuing on from here you will find the kitchen and one step up to the lounge.
FIRST FLOOR: 9 steps up to the first floor then 1 large step on the left leading to the twin bedroom and 2 steps to the right leading to the double bedroom. Please take care on the stairs as they are quite steep.
OUTSIDE: There is a back door leading to a small courtyard with one step up and over.
