ACCESS: As you approach St Marina there is ample parking for 3 cars. To enter the property is 1 step up to the canopy porch, then 1 step over the door frame.
GROUND FLOOR: Once you have entered the property there is 1 step up to the ground floor which has Double bedroom 4’6” bed with en-suite shower room, basin and WC. Two twin bedrooms. An open plan kitchen/diner/family room including fireplace with wood burner, off these rooms are 2 sets of patio doors with 1 step down onto the patio. A Utility room, separate WC. A Bathroom with bath, thermostatic shower, basin and WC.
FIRST FLOOR: 15 steps take you up to the first floor which leads straight into the lounge with woodburner, bar area and bottle fridge. Balcony having views out to Trevone and Harlyn Bays. Leading off the lounge is a Master double bedroom with double bed, 4’6” bed en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, thermostatic shower, basin and WC. Outside is a patio leading onto a garden which is all on 1 level.

This property is located at the top of Windmill and is adjacent to the coastal road which leads to the seven bays.
