From Duke Street there are either 2 really big steps up or one giant step up onto the pavement outside Sunnyhill Cottage. 2 steps take you up inside the property and into the ground floor which comprises of an open plan lounge (with real effect fire), dining area and small gallery kitchen.
10 steps take you up to the first floor and 1 bunk bedroom (for children), 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. 10 more steps up a narrow and winding staircase take you up to the second floor where there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. (There are 3 TV’s in the lounge and two of the bedrooms).
From the dining area there are sliding doors leading out, up one step then down one step, to a courtyard garden with table and chairs. There is also a utility/storage area for bikes in this courtyard.
25 steps from here take you up steep and precarious steps to a patio at the top of the garden with more seating then another path and a further 5 steps to another patio with even more seating.
