ACCESS: From Raleigh Close, there is a small driveway that leads you up to the door of number 48. The driveway is on a small slope and there is one step up and over the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: 1 step takes you over the threshold into the entrance hall, once inside the ground floor is all on one level with a cloakroom with a washbasin and WC / a lounge and a kitchen/dining room. From the dining room and the kitchen, there are rear patio doors that take you out onto the enclosed garden area, where there is a bench.
FIRST FLOOR: From the lounge 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there are 2 double bedrooms and a bunk bedroom and a family bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC which are all on one level.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: 1 small step up and over either the kitchen or the dining room doors takes you out into the enclosed patio area which has a bench.
HEATING: The property is central heated, the boiler is located in the downstairs cloakroom and there is a thermostat on the wall in the kitchen.
BABIES/CHILDREN: You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house. For contact details click here
