ACCESS: The property is accessed from the driveway with 1 step over the front door into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge and a separate cloakroom WC all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: Go up 12 steps to the first floor where there is 2 x double bedrooms with walk in wardrobes and en-suite facilities all on one level.
OUTSIDE: From the front door you go down one step onto the front patio, to the side of the property you go up 4 steps to the garden.

To the front of the property is a paved patio area with table and chairs.
To the side and back of the cottage is a partly laid to lawn and partly gravel with addition seating.
There is parking for two cars at Trecleary.Linen and Towels
All linen and towels are provided (mixture of feather and synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Trecleary has underfloor heating throughout the cottage and solar hot water controlled by thermostats.Arrival and Departure

Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival
You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.

St Merryn village and the local beaches are just a short drive, where you will find local pubs and restaurants, shops and bakeries.
Local beaches are just over a 5 minute drive away.
There is a folding bed for use – please request on booking (please note this is not for additional guests)
