On the edge of Little Petherick, surrounded by countryside, Trenant is designed in a Canadian log cabin style, with a traditional A-frame roof so you may find it hard to tear yourself away from this lovely home from home.
Once you are all set for the day, pull on your walking boots and head down to Little Petherick creek, where you can follow the edge of the creek all the way down to the Iron Bridge on the Camel Trail on the edge of Padstow, or just jump in the car and in a few minutes you’ll find yourself in the bustling town of Padstow, or on one of the stunning beaches of the ‘Seven Bays’.
ACCESS: Access is gained from the parking area in front of Trenant, there are 7 steps taking you up to the front balcony and the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor is a lounge area, kitchen diner, utility room and cloakroom with washbasin and WC all on one level.
FIRST FLOOR: A staircase with 13 stairs then takes you to the first floor with two double and two twin bedrooms, with an en-suite shower, washbasin and WC and a balcony off one of the double bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath with shower hose, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Back outside, there are French doors with one step down from the lounge and one step down from the utility room leading to a decked terraced area with patio table and chairs.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout. There is a thermostat on the wall in the dining room, you can also turn the heating up or down via the radiators. In the living room there is an electric coal effect fire.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a high chair located in the utility room and a travel cot which is located in the wardrobe in the second double bedroom.

There is also a pathway that leads down one step from the patio area around the back of the house to a sloped, gravelled path leading onto the road.
