Nestled in a cluster of cottages yet just a couple of miles from Padstow, Undertown’s stone front, towering chimney and green-field surroundings promise true country character and it doesn’t fail to deliver. Inside a bright, airy kitchen is met by a comfortable lounge – complete with open fire, patio doors open onto a large lawn and there’s even a snug to hide away for a few moments peace.Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained from the road, take the path to the house with one step to the gate at the rear of cottage and a step over the small threshold.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside there is a small slope to lounge and to the kitchen, from the kitchen walk through the small seating area and through the patio door to outside garden, there is one step over the threshold to the garden. Also inside walk through the lounge to the small sitting area by the stairs and there is an additional door to the outside garden area with a step over the threshold and a shower room.
FIRST FLOOR: 9 stairs take you to the first floor with an additional step to the twin bedroom and also to the landing which takes you to the family bathroom, double and twin bedrooms.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: Outside, there are two sets of two steps to the grass area in the garden plus an additional 5 steps to a further grassed area at the rear.
HEATING: The property has electric heaters throughout which can be controlled by the thermostats on the heaters.
BABIES EQUIPMENT: There is a cot which is located in the wardrobe in the double bedroom. No highchairs are provided but can be hired.
