Fins: There was a leak the cleaning was unsatisfactory, the windows had not been cleaned should come every 2weeks ,we were there 2 weeks and never saw a window cleaner.
The pillows some were very stained as were some of the duvet.
Pillow case ripped no pillow protection on some of the pillows.
The decorative pillows on the beds were dirty.
Cobwebs everywhere.
We have stayed here before not sure if the cleaning company has changed but it was a lot lot better than the recent stay.
If the owner is paying for the windows to be cleaned they are waisting the money.
No broom the mop was a joke and broken glass outside front door.
Apart from all this we had a nice time.

Booked numerous times through HH and never been disappointed with the properties.
Whilst it is normally only myself and my wife and our dog we always book a larger property as experience has taught us that these are always superior to the smaller properties which are normally older cottages (though nothing wrong with that).
The hardest part is getting the favoured week in one of three properties we use, most probably for the reasons we want to book them – modern, well appointed and with parking. Won’t say which ones as its hard enough to book them at best of times.

We had a great time with our teenagers at 7 Greenways in Trevone. It’s all been immaculately clean, well thought through and equipped with everything you wish for. It even had a proper Italian Espresso machine.
In one cupboard it was accepted to leave and take basic ingredients and spices which made life a lot easier.
Watching the tide and sunset from the living room was just wonderful.

This was our 5th year at No3 Little Dinas. This holiday home is just perfect. Great location with just a few minutes walk into Padstow which saves taking the car in. Great location with a beautiful outlook over the beginning of the Camel Trail and the property giving us everything we need for 3 adult couples – all rooms having en suite’s. Great kitchen and wonderful outside sitting area – it’s why we keep booking every year.

We have been going to Sarah’s view for 8 years and love the place and location . It’s just getting to need refurbishing. And bathroom needs decoration. Black mould needs removing from shower curtain and tiles . Good to see decking and garden furniture has been replaced.

Harbour holidays are the best company to book time in and around Cornwall bar none. We had a lovely trouble free stay in a cottage in hawkers cove. From start to finish the set up was perfect. The cottage was spotless and they even left little treats to make us feel welcome. Thank you all so much. A lovely home set in a quiet position on the outskirts of Padstow.
The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
Outside, the garden was equipped with a picnic table and bbq and was perfect for sitting out.
Easy walking distance to the supermarket and a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Padstow although beware of the hill coming back!
The communication form Harbour Holidays was good on the lead up to our holiday.
All in all a very good week’s holiday, wish we’d booked for longer.

Lovely holiday in our favourite little Cornish Town, lovely apartment , overlooking beautiful Camel Estuary and Harbour , you can people watch and watch the changing tides all in a day.
The apartment was really well equipped to a very high standard , we loved the little treats also.
Padstow is such a special place for us and it never disappoints us , which is why we return often and always use Harbour Holidays

We had another absolutely wonderful experience with Harbour Holidays and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
We come back every year and are definitely serial returning customers, which really says it all about the consistently high standard they provide. In fact, we’re already booked in for 5 weeks next year… and maybe even more!
From start to finish, the customer service is excellent. The team are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we have. What really stands out is their personal approach – it genuinely feels like they care about making every stay special, and that makes such a difference.
Communication throughout is clear, warm, and thoughtful, making everything completely stress-free. It’s rare to find such a high level of service combined with such a personal touch.
The whole experience is always made even more memorable by the stunning surroundings – especially the glorious sunset we enjoyed during our most recent stay (photo attached!). It truly topped everything off and made for another perfect getaway.

Pentreath is a fabulous place to stay in Treyarnon Bay. The view from the window seat is stunning. The house was very well equipped with 5 good sized bedrooms. We had a great holiday despite the weather not being great. We hope to return.

We’ve booked our holiday in Padstow via Harbour Holidays for the last 8 years. The booking process is easy, the properties are all really well located, are clean and provide all necessary items. We booked another week at 3 Little Dina’s, Padstow, this house is beautiful, always so clean and the goodies left waiting for you are a lovely surprise, the location is so peaceful and only a short walk to the harbour. I cannot fault Harbour Holidays, they are so helpful, we got a call to say we could go in earlier than our arrival time which was great after a long journey, i would definitely recommend,

Visited Padstow again for a 2 week break having booked again for the 5th year via Harbour Holidays. Can’t recommend them highly enough. We use the same accommodation which is beautiful and set right on the harbour, close to their offices. Should you need to contact them any issues are quickly and efficiently dealt with. Plus their house keeping team are efficient and lovely and take good care of the property.

Great position overlooking the harbour with views all around . Property is warm clean . Access is up two flights of stairs and over a shop and rowing club.
The area is busy as it is set in the harbour car park with the ferry to Rock directly outside.
Four days into our holiday the electrical panel at the bottom of the stairs alarmed , the first day it was intermittent during the day however during the night it was constant. I informed harbour holidays who on new years day sent the harbour commissioners to investigate. The alarm ceased but during the night again it alarmed most of the night . Again we informed harbour holidays who sent an electrician who said the battery was the problem and had not been replaced since 2020.
We were disappointed and felt two nights disturbed sleep was not acceptable, we asked for two days compensation. Harbour Holidays contacted the owners, who refused.
We have used Harbout holidays in the past and found their service really good however as agents of 3 bricks property I feel it should be maintained and checked and owners accountable.

I’m weary by the level of standards that we have to suffer from the majority of companies, but I was delighted by Harbour holidays.

The cottage was spotless with lots of small details such as a welcome pack and the comprehensive pre-stay instructions.

We had a wonderful week staying in Lobcray cottage in Padstow at the beginning of November.
Cottage was very spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen dining room and private garden. 🐕 loved it too.
Parking was a bonus.
The new Harbour Holidays app was great too. All the information in one place rather than trawling through emails trying to find codes and details.

We had two weeks’ stay in one property and one week in another. Both properties had issues( washing machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing line) of things not working/ broken. Harbour holidays dealt with each issue as swiftly as they could seeing as they need to check with property owners for permission to fix each problem. Great communication and always very pleasant staff.

9 Morwenna is a really lovely and spotless lodge in a beautiful quiet corner of the park. It’s modern, comfy with a fabulous decked area. We had a wonderful holiday here in a perfect lodge! Thank you Harbour Holidays and the holiday village!

Meadow View is a lovely place to spend a week in Padstow. Cozy, compact and clean. It has everything you need including a nice little garden which is a real sun trap where you can enjoy a relaxing drink. Beaches and places to eat are within easy reach. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our Labrador Skye had a great time at the local beaches. I would highly recommend.

Lovely property which was very well equipped for a holiday stay. Beds were very comfortable with lovely bedding giving a restful sleep.
The kitchen was bright and had everything you needed, very much a home from home.
The property is situated on a hill which made parking a bit of a challenge at times but we always got a space on the road.
The owners clearly thought about what was needed and have made this home very welcoming and comfortable. A great place to stay to enjoy Padstow.

Another excellent stay at Blue Waters, our third visit. The open plan layout is ideal for holidays as we could cook , dine and sit in the lounge together. Also plenty of bathrooms to meet our needs. The house is extremely comfortable,clean and well equipped. We loved the outdoor spaces for the children to let off steam.The view is amazing and always changing.
Pity some of seals on windows have blown but to be expected with Cornish winters.
Hope to return again soon.

We have used Harbour Holidays numerous times over the last 10 years or so and have never been disappointed. In fact, quite the opposite. Our latest Padstow stay was at The Lookout. It is one of the smaller houses we regularly use but it is beautifully appointed, has a lovely garden and plenty of parking space. We love it, as do our two dogs (we take blankets to cover the chairs that they use). It has a splendid view over the Camel Estuary from the top bedroom. No doubt we will return but our November visit will be to Blair House – another favourite of ours.

Our accommodation had what we needed and is very well located in Padstow. It’s fresh and comfortable. Small and neatly put together. A full length mirror in the first floor bedroom would have been useful. Kitchen has been reasonably kitted out, but smoke alarm went off when we cooked because the extractor doesn’t extract. It’s simple accommodation, no frills. but does the job. We enjoyed our stay.

Our 2nd stay in The Moorings in 12 months . Everything was as we remembered . All you need for the perfect Padstow stay. Allocated parking and no need to traverse the traffic in the village . This time we brought our dog too & he loved to sunbather in the little courtyard . Highly recommend .

Have just had another week staying in 9Morwenna Way. It is always very clean and well presented in a quiet spot on the site.The Lodge is ideal for getting into Padstow and the site is immaculate with Craftworkers Secret Garden well worth a visit for food and a drink.

Lovely cottage beautifully decorated and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here so convenient for the harbour restaurants and walks with parking on the doorstep. We needed to call the office with an issue they were at the cottage within 10 minutes and the issue was sorted (something that couldn’t have been foreseen just one of those things) wonderful service from them. There was fresh milk, scones, Jam, clotted cream, shortbread and fresh flowers which was a lovely touch and enjoyed. We would definitely return here.

My husband and myself enjoyed our stay at 12 Samphire. Property was spotless and furniture comfortable. View of estuary was amazing. Especially the sunrise. We have stayed here previously and hopefully will book this property again. Padstow is a wonderful place.

Pilots Cottages was a wonderful place for us. The house is lovely.. so nicely kitted out. Everywhere spotlessly clean and welcoming for our arrival. We had beautiful weather and were able to sit outside in the steep little garden or on the rocks above the cove and just listen to the sea and birds. It is of course a marvellous base for walks, the most obvious being along the sands to Padstow, or up the coastal path to…as far as you like! We would love to come back.
