The parking area is located just to the right hand side of the property. From here there is a small cobbled slope and 2 big steps up inside the property.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, utility cupboard with washer/dryer and 1 small step up onto a lounge/dining room which has a door leading out down 1 step into the enclosed courtyard with table and chairs plus BBQ.
13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 bunk bedroom (2ft 6 beds), 1 king size bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (can be linked together to make a super king) and a bathroom with bath (shower attachment), separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Staion Road next to the Council carpark.
