ACCESS: The parking area is located just to the right hand side of the property. From here there is a small cobbled slope and 2 big steps up inside the property.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a kitchen, utility cupboard with washer/dryer and 1 small step up onto a lounge/dining room
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 bunk bedroom (2ft 6 beds), 1 king size bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (can be linked together to make a super king) and a bathroom with bath (shower attachment), separate shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge there is a door leading out down 1 step into the enclosed courtyard with table and chairs plus BBQ.
HEATING: The house has central heating.
NB: The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.

All pillows and duvets are synthetic.
Feather pillows are available on request.
Linen is changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Twin room can be converted to a super-king on request – please advise at time of booking.
Arrival time is from 4pm
Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival
There is a travel cot (no linen provided, so please bring your own) and highchair in the house.
Any additional equipment can be hired from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
