Kitchen with fridge-freezer (standard size fridge with small freezer section), dishwasher, electric cooker with a gas hob, microwave and washer-dryer. The lounge/dining room is furnished with comfortable sofas, Internet 3D TV, DVD, Stereo and iPod dock and has doors leading out to the small sheltered courtyard garden supplied with garden furniture, BBQ and a washing line for hanging out wetsuits.

Upstairs

1 king-size bedroom with en-suite comprising WC, washbasin, shower and heated towel rail, 1 twin bedroom with zip-linked single beds (which will create a super-king when combined), 1 double bedroom, 1 children’s bunk bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower head attachment, stand-alone shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1: A double bedoom (5ft bed) with en-suite shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom (3ft beds – zip and link beds, please let us know at the time of booking if you would like them zipped together)

Undercover off-street parking for one car and an enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs.

Linen and Towels

All linen and towels are provided and beds are made up ahead of arrival.
All pillows and duvets are synthetic.
Feather pillows are available on request.
Linen is changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Twin room can be converted to a super-king on request – please advise at time of booking.

Arrival and Departure:

Arrival time is from 3pm
Departure time is by 10am
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival

Babies/Children

There is a travel cot (no linen provided, so please bring your own) and highchair in the house.
Any additional equipment  can be hired from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
