Rise and shine as sunlight peaks through the curtains, pop the kettle on in the slate-floored kitchen, then rally the kids for a trip into town and a trek along the coastline. Wander home before dusk, dust off sandy toes at the door and dish up a family feast before lying back on the sofa with your feet by the woodburner and a hot chocolate in hand. ACCESS: From Ruthy’s Lane, there are 2 steps up and over the doorway into a small hall. Leading off the hall is a double bedroom to the right and then up one step to the left is the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC. Continuing on from here you will find the kitchen and one step up to the lounge.
FIRST FLOOR: 9 steps up to the first floor then 1 large step on the left leading to the twin bedroom and 2 steps to the right leading to the double bedroom. Please take care on the stairs as they are quite steep.
OUTSIDE: There is a back door leading to a small courtyard with one step up and over.

Lobster House is a beautiful cottage situated on New Street, just a short stroll from the Harbour.
The accommodation is arranged on three floors and has some gorgeous features including a lovely kitchen/diner with slate floor, a cosy sitting room with an exposed Cornish stone wall and a light filled attic bedroom with original beams and lovely distant views out to the estuary from the first and second floors.
