ACCESS: Access is gained from the pavement, there is a pathway down to the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: one step over the front door into the entrance hallway. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/diner and living room.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you upstairs to 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower above, basin and WC.
OUTSIDE: From the lounge there is one step over the doorway into the garden and then 6 steps up onto the lawn/patio are – these are uneven. There are also 3 steps between the side of the house and the front of the house
Please note that there are no wardrobes in the bedrooms but in the upstairs hallway there is a large storage cupboard, and inside there is a rail to hang clothes on.
