ACCESS: Access is gained from the front door straight off Church Lane and there is 1 step up into the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside on the ground floor is a large open plan living room and large kitchen with dining area.
FIRST FLOOR: 13 Steps take you up to the first floor and 2 double bedrooms (1x 4ft 6” and 1 x 5ft king-size), 1 twin (3ft), 1 single (3ft) with additional full size 3’ single pull-out, bathroom with bath and overhead shower and WC, second WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the kitchen there are 2 steps up to the back door which leads out to the back garden. There is a patio area with tables and chairs, a storage shed and 2-3 steps which lead up to a large slate paved area where there is parking for 2 cars. This area can also be accessed from a side street to the left of the property.

Church Lane is mostly residential terraced cottages and excessive noise levels will not be tolerated by adjacent neighbours.
There is a gas heated Rayburn in the house.
Gas and electric are included in your holiday cost.

Lobster House is a beautiful cottage situated on New Street, just a short stroll from the Harbour.
The accommodation is arranged on three floors and has some gorgeous features including a lovely kitchen/diner with slate floor, a cosy sitting room with an exposed Cornish stone wall and a light filled attic bedroom with original beams and lovely distant views out to the estuary from the first and second floors.
