ACCESS: The property is accessed from the main street. From here there is entry through a gate and 3 steps up to the front door. There is one step over into the property.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a lounge area with stairs leading down to the lower ground floor and stairs leading up to the first floor.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR: 10 steep steps takes you down to the lower ground floor where there is a kitchen area and access to the outside courtyard garden. There is one small step down from the kitchen to the bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR: 11 steep steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 double bedroom (4ft 6 bed) and 1 single bedroom (also with a pull out truckle bed).
OUTSIDE: From the kitchen on the lower ground floor there is a door leading out down 1 step into the enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs.
HEATING: The house has central heating controlled by thermostats and a log burner in the living room.
NB: The nearest payphone is outside the Custom House in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.
