ACCESS: From the allocated parking area there is a gateway which leads on to the paved area of the garden. From here there are 2 steps up inside the front door and into the hallway.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a WC with basin, living/dining room with french doors leading out down 1 step to the garden and a kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps take you upstairs to 1 twin bedroom, and bathroom with bath/shower above, WC & basin, 1 bunk bedroom and 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower, WC and basin.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: The lawn is accessed via 6 steps up from the paved patio area (no railings surrounding the top garden.
HEATING: The property has central heating throughout. The heating can be controlled by turning the thermostats on the radiators up or down.
There is also a wood burner in the living room. (please bring your own logs) The boiler is located in the hallway cupboard.
NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update.

You are able to hire cots and highchairs from a local company called Babes and Bikes who will deliver to and collect from the house.
