ACCESS: From the allocated parking area there is a gateway which leads on to the paved area of the garden. From here there is a shallow step up to the sill of the front door which opens into the hallway.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor there is a WC with basin, living/dining room with french doors leading out down 1 step to the garden and a kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps take you upstairs to 1 twin bedroom, and bathroom with bath/shower above, WC & basin, 1 bunk bedroom and 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, WC and basin.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: The lawn is accessed via 6 steps up from the paved patio area (no railings surrounding the top garden).
