ACCESS: From the car park, there is a door which leads you into the entrance of the apartments, from the hallway there are either 50 steps up to the apartment or you can use the lift.
INSIDE: Once in the apartment it is all on one level

An open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD player in the lounge and an electric oven and hob and standard size fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen, there is also one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a second double bedroom , and a family bathroom with a bath with a separate shower , washbasin and a WC.

Please note that the correct postcode for 12 Samphire is PL28 8FP but unfortunately Google Maps does not place this in Padstow, we have therefore used the nearest alternative postcode to show the location of the Samphire Apartments on the map.
