Sometimes, you just need to feel nurtured. Lovingly refurbished, down to the most stylish detail, at Number 17 High Street, this beautiful period property has been cleverly designed to have every inch of your holiday covered. Take the winding staircase to the calm and airy attic bedroom where you’ll find yourself in your own secret world gazing out across views to the Camel estuary and Padstow town. If it’s the season to be cosy, close the shutters, pull on your thick socks and curl up in the cosy lounge.
Ground Floor
Front sitting room with 40″ SMART TV and DVD player. Open plan kitchen/diner with an electric oven and gas hob and microwave oven, a fridge/freezer (both 1/2 and 1/2) and a Bluetooth speaker. From here there are patio doors leading out to courtyard garden. There is a utility room at the bottom of the garden with WC & sink.
First Floor
Two double bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a family bathroom with separate shower, a washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with zip-link beds (each 3ft) with ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin & WC, 32″ TV – please let us know at time of booking whether you want twin or double bed setup
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (5ft bed) with 32″ TV
Second Floor
A double bedroom with distant estuary views, an ensuite with bath, overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 3: A Double bedroom (5.5ft bed) with 32″ TV
Outside
Rear patio area with table and chairs is lovely and secluded. Small outside utility room with washer/dryer, WC, sink and other amenities.
Parking
The property does not have any parking, at an additional cost a pass can be obtained from one of the Council Car Parks, please find the link here.
There is a council carpark called Link Road car park and is a 5 minute walk from this property.
Linen & Towels
All linen and towels are provided (synthetic pillows and duvets in the bedrooms.)
Linen is changed weekly on fortnightly stays or longer.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
Arrival Time: From 15:00pm
Departure Time: By 10:00am

Accessibility
ACCESS: Access is gained directly from High Street to number 17. 1 step takes up to the front door and a small step takes you over the threshold and into the hallway.
GROUND FLOOR: Once inside the ground floor is all on one level with a front room off to the left. There is an open plan kitchen/dining room to the right. From here there is rear patio door that takes you out onto the enclosed patio area.
FIRST FLOOR: From the hallway 13 steps take you up to the first floor where there is 1 double bedroom plus ensuite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with zip-link beds. A small step takes you to the family bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR: From the first floor landing 13 steps up a spiral staircase takes you to the second floor where there is a double bedroom and a separate ensuite with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
OUTSIDE ACCESS: 1 step and 3 steps down takes you out from the kitchen area into the enclosed patio area. There is a sitting area and a utility room at the end of the garden.
