Access to the property is gained up 8 steps to side gate, to enter via patio doors up one step and the small door threshold.
Utility, cloakroom, kitchen diner and lounge are on the ground floor and are all on one level.
Access to first floor is via 16 stairs, the family bathroom, double and double ensuite bedrooms are on this floor and are all on the same level.
There are a further 14 stairs to the second floor which has a double and a twin bedroom sharing a jack and Jill bathroom.
Access to the garden is through patio doors in either kitchen or sun room over door threshold and down one step.
The garden is on 3 levels, going up 5 steps to decked area, then a further 2 steps too shingled area another step leads to a grassed area on left side. To the right hand side there is one step to small dining area. Along a path and up 2 steps leading to back of property and parking area.
