SECOND FLOOR: There are a further 14 stairs up to the second floor which has a double and a twin bedroom sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.
OUTSIDE: Access to the garden is through patio doors in either kitchen or sun room over door threshold and down one step. The garden is on 3 levels, going up 5 steps to decked area, then a further 2 steps too shingled area another step leads to a grassed area on left side. To the right hand side there is one step to small dining area. Along a path and up 2 steps leading to back of property and parking area.
