Situated just off of the camel trail, with stretching views over the estuary, watch the ever changing tides from the cosy living room.

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

ACCESS: There is a driveway at the front of the property with parking for up to 3 cars. From here there is 3 steps up to the front door and one up and through the front door.
INSIDE: The property is then all on one level and comprises of a WC , living/dining room and a kitchen. There are 2 double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with shower, WC and basin.
OUTSIDE: There is a enclosed patio and access is gained via a door leading out from the kitchen and additionally from the dining room, down 2 steps onto a patio and one further step up to the table and chairs.
