From Glynn Road there is 1 small step through the front door. On the ground floor is the hallway, lounge/snug room, open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, utility room and shower room with WC and washbasin. From the lounge area there are patio doors leading out down 1 step to the rear garden.
The garden is flat with a patio & lawn and there is a garage at the end. Back inside there are 14 steps upstairs to a bathroom with bath/shower above, WC, heated towel rail & basin, the master double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom.

Lobster House is a beautiful cottage situated on New Street, just a short stroll from the Harbour.
The accommodation is arranged on three floors and has some gorgeous features including a lovely kitchen/diner with slate floor, a cosy sitting room with an exposed Cornish stone wall and a light filled attic bedroom with original beams and lovely distant views out to the estuary from the first and second floors.
