ACCESS: As you approach the front door of 21 New Street it has 1 small slate step and a further small step over the front door.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor is the lounge, a twin bedroom with 1 small step into the en-suite basin and WC. 1 step leads up to a separate dining room and kitchen with two sets of French doors opening out with 1 step onto the decked garden.
FIRST FLOOR: 14 steps will take you up to the first floor, directly in front of you is a double bedroom. To one side of the stairs is another step up to the large master bedroom with 1 small step into the en suite (with bath, power shower above, basin and wc) and French doors with 1 small step to a large balcony area with good sea views. On the other side of the stairs is another step up to the separate shower room with basin and WC and dressing room.
SECOND FLOOR: Another 13 stairs to the second floor attic room. On this floor is another double bed room in bright attic space with two large dormer windows/window seats with panoramic town and sea views.
OUTSIDE: Outside on the decking are 3 steps to upper decking with a seating area.

A parking permit for use in one of the 2 council car parks is included with your booking, this is for one car only and details of this will be sent with your directions.
From 01 April 2020
From this date Cornwall Council will not be offering parking permits so parking passes will not be included with your booking, information on parking in Padstow will now be sent to you with your pre-arrival details sent 5 days before your arrival or please click here for further details.
