ACCESS:There is a sloping driveway next to the property with parking for two cars. From here there is a gate which leads through into the front garden area. There is also easy access by foot straight from the road, one step up onto the pavement, through a gate and along a path with two steps down. There is also a small lawn here which can be accessed via one step up from the path.
One big step up takes you through the front door and into the porch area where there is another door into the ground floor. On this floor is the dining room with flat screen TV and kitchen plus a large sitting room with flat screen TV and DVD and wonderful views out over the Estuary. From here there are sliding doors leading one step out onto a bridge balcony.
Two steps down to the right take you onto the main balcony with table and chairs (accessed via the downstairs king size bedroom also) or five steps down to the left onto a small sun terrace with four further steps down onto a path which leads down the left side of the garden. There is also a large level lawn area.
Also on the ground floor is 1 king size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with bath/shower above, WC and basin. There is then a long corridor leading one step down into a new king size bedroom with doors leading one step down out to the patio/balcony and there is also an en-suite shower room with WC & basin. 14 steps up a winding staircase lead up to the dormer king size bedroom with new en-suite shower, WC and basin.
There are also doors leading one big step up and one small step down onto a balcony with stunning views of the estuary. All of the balconies have glass with steel handrails. There is also a pathway which leads from the front of the property to the rear via one step up and one step down – this path can be accessed from a door leading out from the kitchen.
