You access 25 Old School Court via 3 steps down then another 6, spaced out steps down to the front patio garden. 1 step up from here takes you into the porch then a further step up takes you inside. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, separate WC with basin and a lounge with french doors that lead out to the small enclosed patio area with seating.
12 steps take you up to the first floor and a double bedroom with french doors that open out to a Juliet balcony (Care must be taken). There is also a twin bedroom and bathroom with bath, shower above, basin and WC. There is a small patio area with seating both front and rear. There is a designated parking space on your left as you enter the grounds of The Old School development.
The nearest payphone is on Trelawney Road in Padstow. The nearest bus stop is at the bottom of Station Road next to the Council carpark.
