ACCESS: 3 steps down then another 6, spaced out steps down to the front patio garden. 1 step up from here takes you into the porch then a further step up takes you inside.

FIRST FLOOR: 12 steps take you up to the first floor and a double bedroom with french doors that open out to a Juliet balcony (Care must be taken). There is also a twin bedroom and bathroom with bath, shower above, basin and WC. There is a small patio area with seating both front and rear. There is a designated parking space on your left as you enter the grounds of The Old School development.
