1 double bedroom (with patio doors to the rear garden), 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed and an en-suite shower room with washbasin and WC and a family bathroom with a bath with a shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 1: A double bedroom (4ft 6” bed)
Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with 2 single beds (3ft beds) and an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

First Floor

Open plan kitchen/diner and living room with a 32″ TV, DVD player in the lounge area, and an electric oven and hob and a fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen. Please note that the stairs are open so please take care with young children. Distant sea views

Outside

Shared garden, with table and chairs plus a communal garden.

Parking

There is parking available at the property.

Linen and Towels

Linen and towels are provided
The pillows and duvets area mixture of feather and synthetic
Please bring your own beach towels.
Linen changed weekly.

Arrival and Departure

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

There is a booster seat (not a highchair) at the house.

There is central heating throughout.

WIFI

WIFI & Broadband is available but is shared with the router being next door and you may suffer some limited interruption.
Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this.  Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month.
