The parking area is by the sheds to the left as you drive into the development and there is parking for 1 car. Sundance is the first property on the left.
There is 1 step up through the front door to the ground floor. On this floor there is 1 x double bedroom with patio doors with 1 step to the back garden, 1 bedroom with 1 set of 3’ pine bunk beds and a 3’ pine single bed with en suite shower room and WC, separate bathroom (bath with shower attachment, WC and basin).
From March 2018 there will only be 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom and the house will sleep 4 people only.
13 steps take you up to the open plan kitchen/diner with sea views and round pine table seating 6 plus the lounge, which also has sea views and 2 sofas.
Outside to the rear is a small patio area with garden furniture and a small lawned area which is open with the next door property.
The nearest payphone is on Harlyn Sands campsite. The nearest bus stop and shop is at Constantine Bay stores.

This property does have the benefit of Broadband, which is unlimited but a charge for this facility is not made as this service is shared with the router being next door and you may suffer some limited interruption.
There will be a charge of £30.00 per dog per week (no large dogs). No dogs permitted in July or August
Although the postcodes above are correct, unfortunately Google Maps do not display the correct location, Sundance is not in Sandys Lane, it is located opposite the turning to Booby’s Bay and Trevose Head.
From the chirp of songbirds at dawn to the hoot of owls at night – at 10 Tregella Farm the rural idyll comes to life. Tuck into a fry-up around the farm kitchen table, head out on your bikes to explore the countryside then park up, plump down in the courtyard and let the chatter commence.
