ACCESS: The parking area is by the sheds to the left as you drive into the development and there is parking for 1 car. Sundance is the first property on the left.
GROUND FLOOR: There is 1 step up through the front door to the ground floor. On this floor there is 1 x double bedroom with patio doors with 1 step to the back garden, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with en suite shower room and WC and a separate bathroom (bath with shower attachment, WC and basin).
FIRST FLOOR: 13 steps take you up to the open plan kitchen/diner with sea views and round pine table seating 6 plus the lounge, which also has sea views and 2 sofas.
OUTSIDE: Outside to the rear is a small patio area with garden furniture and a small lawned area which is open with the next door property.
