Ground FloorA twin bedroom, a family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC, a large open-plan kitchen diner with a range style gas cooker, a standard size under counter fridge and separate freezer and a sofa in the dining area. There is also a utility room with a wet room and shower.
Bedroom 1: A twin room (3 ft beds)
A double bedroom, a lounge with TV and DVD player and a mezzanine off the lounge overlooking the kitchen.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom (4ft 6″ bed) – feather duvet.
A patio garden with a bench.
Care to be taken with young children as the steps are quite steep and there is access to the sloping roof of the utility room.
There is no parking at this property.

Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.
